  1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the online purchase of participation rights for the ICAM2026 – International Congress of Aerospace Medicine, made by the Buyer via electronic means.

  1. SCOPE OF THE SERVICE

The purchased service includes:

  • Participation right in the ICAM2026 – International Congress of Aerospace Medicine,
  • Access to the congress program,
  • Congress materials and certificate (if applicable),
  • Organizational services provided during the congress.

The service constitutes an event/congress participation service to be performed on a specific date and at a specific location.

  1. SERVICE FEE AND PAYMENT
  • The service fee is determined according to the participation type selected by the Buyer during registration.
  • Payment is made via the Seller’s secure virtual POS system using a credit card or debit card.
  • All payments are collected and transferred to the bank account of AZRANA TURİZM DAN. TİC. SAN. LTD. ŞTİ.
  • Unless otherwise stated, prices include applicable taxes.
  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer acknowledges that the purchased service relates to participation in a congress held on a 01-03 October 2026 and that the performance of the service begins immediately upon registration.

Therefore, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to this Agreement.

  1. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
  • Cancellations made up to 45 days before the congress start date are eligible for            %75 refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 45 days before the congress start date are non-refundable.
  • In the event that the congress is cancelled or postponed by the Organizer, the paid registration fee shall be fully refunded except for tax and bank commission or, upon the Buyer’s request, transferred to the rescheduled event.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to banking procedures.
  1. OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER

The Seller undertakes to organize and conduct the ICAM2026 – International Congress of Aerospace Medicine on the announced dates and in accordance with the published program. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the program due to force majeure or operational requirements.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

Events beyond the control of the Parties, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, governmental decisions, or other unforeseeable circumstances, shall be considered force majeure. Neither Party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to such events.

  1. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Personal data of the Buyer shall be processed solely for the purposes of congress organization and fulfillment of legal obligations, in compliance with KVKK and GDPR regulations.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ankara, Türkiye.

  1. EFFECTIVE DATE

By completing the payment via the website, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement enters into force upon successful completion of the payment.
