Service Description:
This service covers the online purchase of participation rights for the ICAM2026 – International Congress of Aerospace Medicine, to be held on 01-03 October 2026 and at  Hilton Bosphorus Istanbul Hotel

Service Fee:
The participation fee varies depending on the registration category selected during the online registration process.

Payment Method:
Payments are securely processed via virtual POS using credit or debit cards. Payments are collected by AZRANA TURİZM DAN. TİC. SAN. LTD. ŞTİ.

Right of Withdrawal:
As the service relates to participation in an event held on 01-03 October 2026, the right of withdrawal is:

Until 15 August 2026: 25% administrative fee will be withheld.

From 16 August 2026: No refunds will be issued.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • %75 for cancellations made up to 45 days before the congress start date.
  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 45 days before the congress start date.
  • In case of cancellation or postponement of the congress by the Organizer, paid fees will be fully refunded or transferred to the rescheduled event.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
Turkish Law applies. Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ankara, Türkiye are competent.
